Wanda Negron is the Director of HR & Benefits for the SixSails Portfolio, where she oversees all aspects of the Human Resources function in the organization.  By developing and implementing HR strategies to support company goals and ensuring compliance. Additionally, she is responsible for US Benefits and Retirement Programs ensuring both the financial and administrative operations of the programs are being executed as designed and for the development of plan design for future strategies. 

She is a detail-oriented professional with over 20 years of Human Resource experience with extensive level of expertise in Health & Welfare and Retirement Plans.
