Sonal heads up all the back-end operations that make SSTI indispensable to the rest of SixSails. Her team makes sure that SixSails brands can complete any and all the daily operational support they need to serve their customers, all while reviewing their processes constantly to ensure they’re as efficient as possible.

She initially joined Shopperlocal back in 2013 as a customer coordinator, and she’d already had 10 years of customer service with other Indian employers. For the next few years, she transitioned within several departments across Shopperlocal to help launch products and build their processes before receiving her current role in 2016.
